During the week we will be taking you on Battle Marches, Battle PT and Command Tasks which are varied, fun and challenging.  Battle PT includes activities such as: stretcher-runs, circuits and obstacle courses.  We encourage team bonding activities throughout the week which helps individuals  to problem-solve, work as a team and to develop and help self-confidence.

We work hard on the programme to ensure we work all major muscle groups and to give you a better idea of how to vary your excercise.   The mixture of  training will speed up your metabolism to maximise fat burning and improve cardio fitness.

  1. Sounds quite a scary thing to do, was looking at this for my daughter who is 21. She fell onher 21st birthday last May and broke her leg in three places. She still has some trouble with it swelling etc, however some of the other side effects are far worse, she seems to have lost some confidence which is manifesting in aggresive behaviour and has piled on about 3 stone. She gives up easily when challenged and wondered if you would recommend this type of thing for her. She has been to college this year to study travel and would like to be ain cabin crew however she will need to lose around 3 stone prior to this.

    • Hi Norma,

Thank you for your comment, this is probably exactly what your daughter needs, one of the biggest feedbacks we get is about how confidence was built or re-built. We have a great team in Newcastle. If you need to speak to anyone just give us a call.

      Kind regards

      Billy

  2. Hi Billy

I am thinking of signing up for the North West week February, can you tell me if there is availability. I really need to loose about a stone in weight, as I have put this on over about 8 months, I regularly run abot 12 miles a week and am getting better. Do you think you will be able to help me loose at least 7 lbs in the five days? The price on your website states 105.00 for the five days, is this correct. I really would appreiate your reply asap.

    Thanks
    Lively

    • Hi there, my nasme is Kelly, hope you dont mind me responding, I am in the same boat as you when it comes to the amount of weight I want to loose, I am very apprehensive about wasting all that money.?? Not sue if I have read it wrong or yourself but I have read it as the £105.00 is 30% deposit and the rest of it needs to be paid 2weeks before you go, the totoal of £350.00??? Is this right, I’m wanting to book but I am quite scared.

    • Hi Lively,

I emaile dyou direct yes of course we would be able to help you, if you need to chat just give us a call and we will call you back.

      Billy

  3. Hi Kelly & Lively! I’m really considering signing up for the North West Boot camp this Feb, and like yourselves, I’m also a little apprehensive about spending all that money. I personally have a fair bit more to lose than that, and I’m having trouble justifying the £350 at the moment – the program’s more expensive than this years summer holiday!

    • Hi Jess,

It all depends what you are after if you are struggling with motication and you need that kick start then it is a good investment, we pride ourselves at being at a price that is affordable for all.

If you need to chat to someone give us a call.

      Kind regards

      Billy
