North West Team

Gary Nash Head Trainer Background

After serving 13 years as a military Fitness Instructor I set up my own personal training business and bootcamp which I have been running in the North East for 11 years. I enjoy training multi fitness level classes as this keeps me on my toes. Even with over 25 years experience I am still challenged by outdoor classes on a weekly basis and love it. I have a passion for getting the best out of people no matter what their starting ability. Away from ODFC classes I enjoy all the normal stuff along with adventure racing and a LOT of travel.
