Back to Basics Budget Boot camp has been developed with our partners to offer a 5 and 7 day Residential Boot camp but at a price that people can afford. You receive all the same benefits as our normal residential boot camps in terms of the fitness, food etc but at a fraction of the cost.
We have developed an option which is affordable for peoples budget.
The exercise programme is exactly the same as any other course and also the healthy nutritional food.
The Weymouth Area
Weymouth is a classic English seaside resort, with a vast safe and sandy beach and colourful harbour. Weymouth and the adjoining Isle of Portland have plenty of places to eat and drink, and events, attractions and activities all year round.
The Aqua Hotel
The Aqua is on the Isle of Portland, situated on the Dorset Coast, designated as a World Heritage Site, known as The Jurassic Coast. It covers 95 miles of truly stunning coastline from East Devon to Dorset. The Aqua is a short stroll to Chesil Beach
The Aqua, constructed of Portland Stone, with a clean modern interior is situated on a stone pier, in historic Castletown, overlooking the whole of Portland Harbour.
We are an ideal place to stay when visiting Weymouth or Portland and the closest accommodation to the Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy – the official venue for the 2012 sailing events.

Agility & Speed Training—Develops fast movement and precision
reflexes.

sprints, running sideways or backwards, running tires
and obstacle courses, shuffles, martial arts movements.
Plyometrics—Develops power in movement and resilience.
Examples:
vertical jumps, long jumps, medicine ball exercises, hopping, skipping.
Stretching—Develops flexibility.
