Welcome to Hell Weekend Bootcamp (Military Style). After a lot of feedback from past Bootcampers and general inquiries, we have designed a Fit camp for you relatively fit individuals that want to challenge yourself and take yourselves further out of your comfort zone.

If this is you i am describing then this is the Bootcamp for you, it is not for the faint hearted or the lazy, it is hard work and tiring from the word go.

To even attend the course we need to know that you can complete the basic tests below !!!!!
