Who goes to Military Fitness Bootcamp? Men and women come for a variety of reasons – the main reasons are 1. to improve their health and fitness and 2. to lose weight and tone up and 3. they want an activity holiday where they will be challenged and motivated. People also attend our boot camp to increase confidence, to meet like-minded people, or simply before a big event such as a wedding, holiday, significant birthday or new job. Also, we offer corporate packages and team-building events.

Where is Bootcamp Training Live? Bootcamp Training Live is located in Weymouth, Dorset on the beautiful Jurassic Coast.  We are very accessible from local airports and mainline train and coach stations.  It is under 2 1/2 hours from London and has excellent transport links to the rest of the country and Europe.

How much does Bootcamp Training Live cost? All-inclusive prices start from £400 to £695 (your own double en-suite bedroom).  Our aim is to offer a fantastic boot camp at affordable prices.

What’s included in my stay? Our all inclusive prices include: 7 nights hotel accommodation, all meals and snacks, 7-day military inspired outdoor training programme on and around Weymouth and Portland, on-going health and fitness assessments, seminars from our nutritionist, use of luxury spa facilities.

In addition, we offer Pre and post-programme support, should you need this.  We provide you with the tools and the knowledge to maintain and improve your health and fitness when you return home. You are able to contact the Bootcamp Training Live  should you need help with your diet and / or training programme following your time at boot camp.

How is Bootcamp Training Live so affordable? We have worked hard with our accommodation providers to get the cost rock bottom, therefore we are able to offer the most competitive prices in the marketplace providing you with a great boot camp which offers excellent value for money, and we are confident that we are the best Budget Bootcamp in the UK.

What do I need to bring? When you book you will be sent a kit-list of everything you need to bring. We supply all exercise equipment used during the boot camp.

How many people attend each bootcamp? Groups vary in size, ranging from 12 to 20.  The average group size is 18.

Am I fit enough? Bootcamp Training Live is for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness levels.  Boot camp is fun but it is challenging so it is important that you have a basic level of fitness. You will be encouraged to work to your personal best but exercises are tailored to ensure you will not be struggling to keep up with the fittest or held back by others.

Who will be training us? You will be trained by  ex-military physical training instructors. Our team is motivational, supportive and will work with you to help you achieve the most out of your time at Bootcamp Training Live.  Please view our team on the Team page of this website.

What is the exercise programme like? Training is fun, challenging, motivational and varied each day.  All exercises take place outdoors, on and around Weymouth and Portland and the beautiful Dorset coastline and include: circuit training, obstacle courses, hiking with Bergen’s, boxing, stretcher runs, team games and challenges and much more.

Is our health and fitness assessed? You will have comprehensive health and fitness assessments upon your arrival at Bootcamp Training Live and on your final day of the boot camp.  We require you to complete and return the Registration form prior to your time at boot camp.

How much weight will I lose in the week? Results during the week vary depending on your height, weight, and current activity levels. If you put in the hard work you will see great results in your week at camp; however, we cannot make any promises as other factors need to be taken into consideration – some people lose many inches but less weight.  However; a general weight loss guide is between 3lbs – 8 lbs.

What is the food like? The food is excellent.  We offer you a wheat / dairy free meal plan during your time at Bootcamp Training Live .  It is fresh, tasty, healthy and hopefully it will inspire you to continue to eat healthily once you leave.

Will I feel hungry? You will be provided with a carefully designed, delicious and nutritious diet designed by Nutrichef which is specifically tailored for the amount of exercise you will be completing in the day. You will have 3 meals and 3 snacks.  If you still feel hungry, there will be healthy snacks such as fruit salad, nuts, seeds and homemade cereal bars available.

What is the accommodation like? You will be staying at any of our top quality accommodation from our luxury mobile home on the Budget Bootcamp to our luxury Frog hall and Frogmore House.

Am I able to share a bedroom if I’m coming on my own? We have single occupancy ensuite bedrooms, double / twin ensuite bedrooms.  You will be paired with someone of the same sex and where possible, someone of a similar age and profile. Many good friendships are formed this way.

What happens when I leave Bootcamp Training Live? We offer the support and help needed to continue your good work once you leave Bootcamp Training Live.  We give you a 6 week online Bootcamp course to start you off.

Is smoking allowed?  Yes, outside of training, in your own time.

What is your cancellation policy? We appreciate that sometimes unavoidable circumstances result in recruits needing to cancel their place at bootcamp. Our cancellation policy is set out in our Terms & Conditions found on our website.  Please do read our Terms & Conditions prior to making a booking.

What are the start and finish times? Check-in is from 2pm on Fri/Sar.  Health assessments and training will take place before dinner on Fri/Sat.  Check-out is from 10:30pm on Friday/Sat.

Do I have to attend the whole week? In order for you to become part of the team and achieve your full potential at Bootcamp Training Live, it is advised that you attend the 7 day programme, but if there is a reason it can be flexible.

Are mobile phones and laptops allowed? Yes, but please use these during your free-time.  Of course, we understand if you have an urgent business call.

What are the payment methods? We take payment by credit / debit card or cheque/Paypal.

Is drinking allowed?  Alcohol is not served or available to you during your time at Bootcamp Training Live.  It’s only 7 days, so embrace the detox!

Is there first-aid on site? Our personal trainers are trained in first aid and are on site 24 hours a day.  Additionally, you will have access to a local doctor.

Should I notify you if I have any medical conditions or allergies? Yes.  Each bootcamper must complete a comprehensive Bootcamp Training Live Registration form. This ensures that we can adapt your training programme and / or menu to ensure your individual needs.  Also, we can assess if you are suitable to attend a boot camp. We ask for a letter from your doctor to confirm you are fit and well enough to attend Bootcamp Training Live if you have informed us of any material medical condition.

Is there time to relax?  Yes. following dinner at 5:30pm, boot campers are encouraged to use the lovely spa facilities –  it is really important to allow your body to recover and you can sooth any aching bones in the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.
Bootcamp Training Live is fun and you will be provided with photographs of your time training at boot camp to prove that you were indeed having fun!
