So many of us become happy in our comfort zone, but a week on Boot Camp will bring you away from that and actually surprise you to how far you can push yourself and what you can achieve.
Typical Day's Training Sun-Fri

| 0900 | Training local area: Includes Fitness Test 1 1/2 mile run and Muscle endurance. Circuit traning/Battle PT Bllep Test Nutrition talk Tun up Workout Battle March Military Battle Skills Running Drills |
| 1300 | Lunch |
| 1400 | Training Local Area: Includes Obstacle Course Shttle Sprints/Hill Reps Boxercise Kick Combat Lifting and Carrying Outdoor Gym workout Self Defence Class Command tasks Ball Skills Beach TAB |
| 1700 | Dinner |
| 1800 | Personal time |
