Effective Weight Loss
Nutrichef meal plan is calorie-controlled to ensure you get an average of 1400 calories per day. Our research has shown that this level triggers steady weight loss and inch loss in most people, but is not so low that people pile on the pounds at the end of the plan and get caught in an endless cycle of yo-yo dieting.
