During the week we will be taking you on Battle Marches, Battle PT and Command Tasks which are varied, fun and challenging.  Battle PT includes activities such as: stretcher-runs, circuits and obstacle courses.  We encourage team bonding activities throughout the week which helps individuals  to problem-solve, work as a team and to develop and help self-confidence.

We work hard on the programme to ensure we work all major muscle groups and to give you a better idea of how to vary your excercise.   The mixture of  training will speed up your metabolism to maximise fat burning and improve cardio fitness.

  1. hi there, i am really interested in the bootcamp. I cant get motivated to exercise and feel this will give me the boost i need. I am just a little worried as im 9.5 stone and a size 10. Will i be laughed at going on boot camp being quite slim? I really would like to loose half a stone but mainly tone up and improve fitness. I love this type of exercise and exercising with others. But is this the right thing for me?
    Thanks
    kerry

    • Hi Kerry,

I’m the same, sixe 10 9.5 stone but im normally a size 8 and 8.5 stone so i feel huge for me, weight is a big thing for me and i hate feeling big but my main reason for bootcamp would be to get fit, i cant run without being out of breath and dont have any motivation at all. the idea of boot camp for me would be to get a kick up the backside into starting a more healthy lifestyle so i dont think size is a issue. ive read afew bloggs now and sen that people who are really skinny have been signing up to bootcamp in the hope to build up a bit of muscle so its not just about large people trying to slim down.

my worry is about going alone, they all seem to be shared houses so im worried it will all be groups and then me on my tod. j
