This is just a quick note to express my gratitude for all your work on the recent Weymouth Boot Camp. I honestly do feel like a ‘new man’ (as far as that is possible at age 52!) Two days after the camp I went on a 25 mile cycle through the Dorset countryside raising nary a sweat!What particularly impressed me were the ‘improvised’ exercises – such as the pipe PT – which make it entirely unnecessary to enroll at a gym.I have also been inspired to start running again.Will photos from the camp be posted on the web site? What a week! As stated on the website it was one tough week but do I feel amazing now – yes! Not only am I fitter but I look better, have increased confidence and so much more energy – I am now early for work – not lateJ. I would recommend the week to anyone who is looking for that kick-start and motivation to change their lifestyle. I met some incredible people during my stay and learnt so much from Boris and Billy which will stay for me forever! I can’t stop raving about it to anyone that will listen to me. I would most definitely do it again – AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thanks Guys x

I thought I was fit after years of going to the gym, running and cycling but I’ve just completed a weekend bootcamp with Boris and Billy in Weymouth and have found muscles I didn’t know I had!
Great fun, great company and an amazing variety of activities all of which worked me to my limit! Just the motivation I needed for the new year as it gets hard training alone all the time.
A big thanks to both of you for making it such fun and I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I will be back soon for another beasting!

Hi Billy and BorisHope you both well, we are still too busy looking good!!Thank you both for you help and support while training us. With you both pushing us to our indivual limits and beyond we really feel like new people. As you know Del was not keen in being told what to do and eat etc. However, what a transformation. He learnt so much from you both and now pushes me when we go running at 5am! We have continued with your eating plans as much as we can, with the exception of Saturday nights! Del has lost about 3/4 stone since you last saw him and dropped a couple of sizes in his clothes. His aim is for his wedding suit of 27yrs ago to fit him and I really think he is going to manage it. I have lost another half a stone so only want to lose another half a stone then learn to maintain it. You both taught us that it is easy and cheap to train at home and we now do a mini circuit including pressups, situps, triceps, the plank and using the tyre, walking with weights and early morning runs before breakfast. After telling our son all about you both who is an Osteopath, he went on to recomend you to one of his patients, who I believe has already been in touch and we would not hesitate in recommending you again.Thanks again and I will let you know about Del and his suit!!Lots of loveSally & Del xx
A weeks training with Boris and Billy has got to be one of the best things I’ve ever done. Within a week my fitness and endurance levels had improved and more importantly they gave the confidence to push myself further than I had ever done before and I’ve continued to do so since coming home with increasing results.The variety in the training meant that boredom wasn’t and issue and I can honestly say they’ve given me a whole new attitude and sense of enjoyment towards exercise and I now feel like there’s something missing if I don’t fit it into my life, something I never thought would happen!

Training with Billy and Boris was a fantastic experience! They are really funny guys and can have a laugh and a joke but also take their job very seriously and know how to get results.

Before I trained with Billy and Boris I always used to do the same exercises over and over and never get any better at them, training the guys taught me such a variety of exercise and worked muscles I didnt even know I had!
They really know how to get the best out of you, and since training with them I have kept motivated and have lost a stone and feel great, I have been suffering from low self esteem and I feel much better about myself since I have lost weight and felt fitter and thats down to Billy and Boris, they have a lot of great nutritional tips as well which I have taken on board and have really helped. I would definately recommend Billy and Boris as trainers to anyone!

For me, going to the gym is a boring and pointless exercise as I feel self-concious and un-motivated. So I looked for something a bit different and was introduced to Borris and Billy’s Boot Camp Training Live by a colleague. The guys are wonderfully experienced so training is professional and educational but a lot of fun, stimulating and a whole different experience to keeping fit! They focus on areas of the body that most women want to tone but too shy to admit(bum and bingo wings in my case!) and whilst their workouts mean you ‘work out’ they are are motivating and more importantly, achievable.

I just came back from a week’s bootcamp in Weymouth, Dorset and have never felt so much fit in a long time. I achieved all the targets that I had set for the week – improved fitness, better nutrition, exercising in fresh air and meeting new people – all thanks to Boris and Billy.
They both were most encouraging and patient while I was trying to get onto the fitness ladder. The sessions with other trainers f.e dance, boxing, self defence, nutritionist were very helpful and gave us exposure to lot of different activities. Boris talks about fitness and his personal discipline have been valuable and respected.
I wish them all the very best in future.
All in all I think this will be a life changing week for me in many years.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Boris and Billys Bootcamp. I learned a lot about myself and the exersizes, and nutrition. My shape changed a lot within a week. And although the scales didnt show it the first week due to muscle build up I have had a lot of compliments of weight loss from friends and family!
