The Victoria Suite

A penthouse apartment on the first floor with panoramic views to the west accessed either from the lobby of the barn and/or from an external spiral staircase.

The Victoria suite has four bedrooms. One king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and a further king size bedroom which has a private bathroom with whirlpool. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.

The lounge with its vaulted ceiling with two chandeliers and soft wall lights is very luxurious and has large windows with views across the Dorset countryside.

There are two very large sofas where you can sink into at the end of a long fun packed day and a further comfortable sofa which can be made into a double bed if required. The marble dining table can seat eight around and a marble coffee table completes the set. A 42” flat screen television with free view adorns the wall to the south.

The Albert

A ground floor suite with two large function lounges which can be amalgamated with the Victoria Suite for larger parties or booked alone.

The rooms contain both leather suites and sofa beds which can be arranged to your requirements. The suite benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with large range and extra freezer space. Shower room with WC in this property.

Large 38” flat screen television in one room and a further 32” television and DVD player in the other. Large ceiling to floor windows/doors with views to open countryside.

Beatrice House

Beatrice house has four bedrooms. One king size bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.

The lounge is exceptionally large with six ceiling lights, ceiling fan and soft wall lights.

With three leather sofas that you can sink into at the end of a long fun packed day and a large dining table which can seat 8+ comfortably. A 38” flat screen television with free view adorns on one side.

Helena House

Helena house has four bedrooms. One king size bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions.

The lounge is very spacious with ceiling lights and soft wall lights.

There are leather sofas which you can sink into at the end of a long fun packed day and a 32” television with free view and DVD player.
